CUTS THROUGH THE B.S.

James put together a book that cuts through the BS and actually shows the reader what his deals looked like. He talks about how he financed them, how he found them, and in some cases what exactly went wrong. James also speaks about the waves of changes that come through real estate such as condo conversions, and the real way to make big profits is to be on the lookout for these trends and beat then to the punch.

I have read alot of real estate books that are an upsell to some bogus seminar or coaching program, however this book (which focuses more on big deals $1+ Million) gives you not a taste, but a dinner plate of information on what happens in high stakes real estate. He goes into detail on every detail and doesn't just tell you his successful stories, but also his flops as well. He explains that the way to make big money is to be able to get into a trend before the market picks it up. (First mover advantage)

Out of the 10 RE books I have read, this one is the best.

Great Book, full of examples and street smart tactics.
I've read Jim's book about three times and every time it's an enlightening experience. He provides nuances on many real estate deals with pervasive jargon and dialog among deal makers.
Unlike dozen of other real estate books which I've read, his approach is very practical to get the most out of every deal. I can safely say that I can apply his scenarios and tactics during negotiation.
I bought Jim's other books, The Skinny on Willpower, Success, Network to get myself started and motivated in investing in real estate. Excellent books with graphics and straight to the point.
I am so impressed with Jim's book, knowledge, and IT WOULD BE GREAT IF HE AGREES TO BECOME MY MENTOR FOR ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY IN HIS BOOK. That's my next step!

the Encyclopedia of commercial real estate

I know this phrase is overused a lot in reviews but, this book is a must have 4 anyone involved in commercial real estate weathered be investing development or construction this book will give you some very valuable insight to the do's and don'ts of the business. Mr Randle Also goes over the other ways to profit from commercial real estate other than just investing and properties. In the book The author goes over the mistakes he has made when buying properties and how you could avoid them. He also goes over and analyzes his success and why he was successful with his deals.

I think this book is a foundation in every commercial real estate professionals library. I will definitely be using it as a reference guide for when I purchase my first property.

The common worship of these primitive Atua constituted the National religion of the Maori. 2. Was so excited to see a Caro title in the book suggestions and, from the date, thought it was a new title. Clicked through and purchased before noticing that it was only an excerpt. Still an absorbing read, but should and could have applied the $2 toward purchasing THE PASSAGE OF POWER.

I read this little story in an hour, and was very disappointed that no relevant information was revealed. Almost every page either started with a repetition of the last sentence of the previous page or with missing sentences.

Third, the baseline schedule and its risk analyses can be used as guidelines during the project control step where actual deviations can be corrected within the margins of the project’s time and cost reserves.

The second edition of this book has seen corrections, additions�and amendments in detail throughout the book. Moreover Chapter 15 on "Dynamic Scheduling with ProTrack" has been completely rewritten and extended with a section on "ProTrack as a research tool".

JOEL S.
